Technicare is an agreement for on-site service. Each twelve month contract covers the cost of labor, site charge and parts needed for an unlimited number of repairs and includes a preventative maintenance check-up at the end of the service contract period.

Preventative Maintenance Check-Up

• Cleaning of outside of computer (keyboard, mouse, cables, monitor, and associated peripherals)
• Cleaning of inside of computer and reseating of connections
• Disk/Software integrity check and correction of errors
• Disk defragmentation
